Conversations in The Clearing

A Monthly Space to Support Intentional Living

A Community For People Choosing Differently

When you start questioning the pace, pressure and patterns most people accept as normal… it can feel hard to find people who truly get it.

Conversations in The Clearing brings together thoughtful people exploring how to live and work more intentionally.

You don’t have to explain yourself here.

You don’t have to justify your choices.

You can simply show up, connect and keep moving forward.

“How we spend our days is... of course, how we spend our lives.”
- Annie Dillard

What To Expect

1) Gather Around a Conversation Starter

We’ll begin with a thoughtful conversation starter around a topic connected to intentional living, alignment to what we want and choosing differently.

2) Connect Through Conversations

Next, we’ll break into small groups for guided conversations with people moving in a similar direction. Together, we’ll explore the areas of life and work where we want to design more intentionally.

3) Continue to Explore

Hey There!

We're The Dobiers.

I’m Oie - a business coach focused on intentional growth and aligned living.

This is Darren - a tech and process expert who helps create simpler, more sustainable ways of working.

After decades in corporate life and years building our own business, we know what it feels like to live in The Grind… and what it takes to step away from it.

Today, we live and work from the road in our camper van, exploring the country and intentionally building a life that feels more aligned with what matters most.

Conversations in The Clearing was created to support people who are rethinking how they want to live, work, and grow in this next chapter of life.

Because success isn’t about doing more.

It’s about finding the rhythm that moves you forward.
