We're The Dobiers.

I’m Oie - a business coach focused on helping entrepreneurs get what they want! And this is Darren - the process and tech expert who turns ideas into smooth, working systems.

After 25+ years in corporate life and now years building our own business, we've spent a lot of time observing how people approach work, growth, success and life.

Most of us inherit those approaches from the people around us. Sometimes they fit. Sometimes they don't.

We've experienced both.

Today, we live and work from the road in our camper van, exploring this beautiful country and learning from the people we meet along the way. It's a daily reminder that there are many ways to live, work, and grow.

That idea sits at the heart of everything we do.
