In The Grind, we are taught to plan flawlessly and execute relentlessly — a mindset that fuels hesitation and burnout.
Growth is messy and full of feedback. Experimentation gives you space to move forward without the pressure to get it right the first time.
Experimentation:
Normalizes progress over perfection. You stop overthinking and start learning.
Releases fear of failure. Every result teaches you something valuable.
Builds momentum. Small actions compound fast when you stay curious.
Fits the co-creator way. You’re not forcing outcomes; you’re partnering with them.
Bring one idea, question, or challenge that needs movement.
Together, we’ll shape it into a clear, focused experiment to run over 30 days.
You’ll have a framework that turns uncertainty into discovery, plus guidance while you’re in motion.
Here's the flow:
Define – A 90-minute session to design your experiment: what you’ll test, how you’ll track progress, and what success means.
Do – You carry out the experiment, with text, email, or quick-call support whenever you need a sounding board.
Reflect – A 30-minute wrap-up to review results, capture insights, and decide whether to keep, tweak, or release what you tried.
You handle the actions inside the experiment - that part’s all you.
If you want extra hands during implementation, you can add that support anytime.
Clarity on what works and what doesn’t — so you can move forward with confidence.
A repeatable framework for testing new ideas — one that helps you stay in motion instead of stuck in planning.
Momentum built through real-world feedback — because growth comes from taking small, consistent steps.
Renewed confidence that progress doesn’t require perfection — only curiosity and a willingness to experiment.
Support that meets you where you are — space to test what’s next with someone who knows how to guide the process and stay in flow with you.
Well hello there!

Hi - I'm Oie Dobier. A fellow human being, walking beside you in this journey of life.
I’ve lived The Grind - the overthinking, the long days, the pressure to have everything figured out before taking a step.
Clarity doesn’t come from more planning. It comes from experimenting - testing, observing, and adjusting until it fits.
Here’s the hard truth: success isn’t about getting it right. It’s about finding all the ways that don’t work until you uncover the one that does.
I created the 30-Day Experiment Lab to give people space to explore what’s next without the weight of perfection.
We’ll design a simple, focused experiment and see what unfolds.
We’ll test, learn, and adjust - together.
This is the co-creator way.
